Hi! I am currently renting a studio(20 sq. mtrs) condo unit in Cityland 9. I am looking for someone to share the unit with. We would also share in the electricity and water bills.I prefer to share the unit with young professionals like me. I'm 24 and working in ayala. The unit has aircon, double deck bed, tv,dvd,ref,shower heater, stove and microwave. The only rule we have to observe is common courtesy i.e. not opening lights and making loud noises when someone is asleep, not leaving garbage lying around, keeping things tidy and in order, asking for permission before borrowing things-kahit dvd lang un, not taking long showers during rush hour etc.
