With built-in closets inside the room 5. It has no bed/matress, or appliances so you need to bring ur own (but I can share my ref and kitchen). 6. My place is near makati CBD(1-2 rides to ayala) 7. But my place is not new and not for SOCIALERAS and MAARTE.
