KUMUSTA PO KAYO! Visiting the country from the States for a year and would like a place to be my home away from home. Willing to pay PHP7000 monthly (inclusive of bills) for my share and would even consider a years lease if it seems fit. I'm clean, tidy and respectful so I don't foresee any problems.
