Very near UP/Ikot Jeeps. You can rent a room for P3,000.00 and if you are two in a room, that is P2,000.00 ea person in a room. 2Toilets and Bath available outside the room. There are only 4 rooms in the house. Already occupied are two rooms by a law student, three graduates working in call centers. Allowed to wash, cook, iron. Additional for computers, laptops, tv, etc. No heaters or elec. thermos allowed. Only two rooms left. Ideally 1 person for the smaller room and 2 persons for the bigger room. No male visitors allowed inside the house. Each one is given a key to the gate and the main door. Nice entry garden to go to the house. There are door bells to buzz when you come. Facing bldg 14 we are at the extreme left, white gate, plenty of plants and aqariums with a small sitting area before entry.
