Very near UP/Ikot Jeeps. You can rent a room for P4,000.00 and if you are two in a room, that is P2,500.00 ea person in a room. 2Toilets and Bath available outside the room. There are only 4 rooms in the house. Allowed to wash, cook, iron. Electric consumption are charged extra for computers, laptops, tv, etc. No heaters or electric thermos allowed. We welcome only female UP students. Only two rooms left. Ideally 1 person for the smaller room and 2 persons for the bigger room. No male visitors allowed inside the house. Each one is given a key to the gate and the main door. Nice entry garden to go to the house. Facing bldg 14 we are at the extreme left, white gate, plenty of plants, an aquarium with a small sitting area before entry.
