It's at the 3rd floor of a 4-storey walk-up in Santiago Village--located near reposo, j.p. rizal, jupiter, kalayaan, and 5 mins away from Rockwell If you are... 1. a non-smoker who hates smokers, 2. loud and obnoxious, 3. a straight male, 4. messy and can't look after yourself, 5. a kleptomaniac, 6. makulit and with a very low IQ, 7. a very chirpy morning person, 7. late with payments... PLEASE DO NOT NOT NOT CONTACT ME. (sorry, i've had too many weird inquiries and calls about this already, i want to filter this early). But if you (as in ONE PERSON ONLY because only one person can fit) are... 1. cool and easy to get along with, 2. female or a tidy gay guy, 3. someone that pays on time and always asks permission before borrowing things, 4. cool with a not so big room, but with walk-in closet; 5. cool with sharing my one T&B...then give me a ring at my office anytime from 11am-7pm. There's no landline and cable (haven't found reason to connect yet--but I can if I find it absolutely necessary and find the time to do so). If you own a car, there's valet parking.
