Other parts of the unit include living room, dining area,kitchen, and study area. The amenities included are DSL connection, CABLE TV,landline, weekly cleaning lady, and weekly supply of purified H2O. The unit is fully furnished complete with all the appliances. We accept both male and female tenants. NOTE: Monthly rate includes rental fee,association dues, DSL, CABLE TV, cleaning lady, and supply of water. Electricity and water bills are excluded from the monthly rate. Utility bills in the common area will be divided among the tenants. A/C bills will be paid by tenants occupying a particular room.
