Rooms available are as follows: (1) aircon room w/ t&b (ROOM 3 IN PICTURE) -good for 3 people -solo occupancy-22,000 -room sharing-8,000/pax (2) aircon room (ROOM 1 & 2 IN PICTURE) -good for 1-2 person -solo occupancy-12,000 -room sharing-7,000/pax (3) fan room (NO PICTURE) -good for 1-2 people -solo occupancy-7,000 -room sharing-5,000/pax The condo unit is a big unit with a total of six rooms in it.(5 aircon rooms & 1 fan room).It has 3 toilet and bath, and 1 toilet. Other parts of the unit include living room, dining area,kitchen, and study area. The amenities included are DSL connection, CABLE TV,landline, weekly cleaning lady, and weekly supply of purified H2O. The unit is fully furnished complete with all the appliances. We accept both male and female tenants. NOTE: Monthly rate includes rental fee,association dues, DSL, CABLE TV, cleaning lady, and supply of water. Electricity and water bills are excluded from the monthly rate. Utility bills in the common area will be divided among the tenants.
